MY SERVICES
Restoring balance, renewing hope.
Individual therapy for teens, adults, and athletes seeking support to find peace, confidence, and clarity in their life, relationships, and future. Together, we focus on building the tools and insight needed to live a meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling life.
WHO I SERVE
TEENS
I support teens through the challenges of adolescence, including academic pressure, peer conflicts, identity development, and building self-confidence. Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to explore these struggles, develop emotional resilience, and gain tools to thrive now and in the future.
ADULTS & PARENTS
I work with adults and parents navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and past trauma. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, addressing challenges, and creating meaningful, lasting change so you can live with purpose, authenticity, and confidence while supporting your family and personal well-being.
ATHLETES
As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I understand the pressures of high-level competition. I help athletes manage performance anxiety, recover from injury, balance academics and sport, and develop resilience and growth both on and off the field.
