Supervision and Consultation Services for Therapists
Elevate Your Practice
I offer clinical supervision and consultation to support fellow clinicians as they grow in their skills and confidence. Together, we tackle complex cases, explore evidence-based strategies, and focus on professional development in a way that is both encouraging and practical, while staying grounded in compassion and client-centered care.
SUPERVISION
I provide clinical supervision for LPCA (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate) clinicians working toward full licensure. Supervision sessions can be scheduled weekly or at a frequency that fits your needs. I offer both primary and supplemental supervision, whether you’re receiving support elsewhere or seeking a more tailored approach.
Sessions are offered virtually and personalized to your professional goals, offering support in areas such as:
Diagnostic formulation and treatment planning
Clinical assessment and documentation
Building and maintaining therapeutic rapport
Case conceptualization and clinical decision-making
Discharge planning and documentation
Navigating systems (schools, community resources, etc.)
Ethical challenges and boundary setting
Test preparation and licensure readiness
Crisis management and ongoing care coordination
My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can develop confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and grow your professional identity.
CONSULTATION
I offer individual consultation for licensed clinicians seeking guidance, support, and growth in their clinical work. Whether you’re looking for ongoing collaboration or focused support around a specific case or challenge, consultations are tailored to your needs and professional goals.
Together, we’ll explore clinical cases, navigate areas of uncertainty, and strengthen your confidence as a practitioner. This space is designed to empower you, deepen your clinical insight, and build on your unique strengths.
My goal is to support you in evolving into a more grounded, effective, and empowered version of yourself as a clinician.
